Letterkenny Army Depot intends to issue a firm-fixed price service contract for majorand minor repairs of Gas Turbine Engines (GTEs), NSN#2835-01-180-0452, Models;3800232-1-1, 3800232-1-2, 3800232-1-3, 3800232-1- 4, on the Aviation Ground PowerUnit (AGPU). A Performance Work Statement and Engine Depot Maintenance WorkRequirement (DMWR) will be provided with the solicitation. The period of performanceof this contract will include one base year and four options years. The procurement willbe set-aside 100% for small business. The 2022 North American IndustrialClassification System (NAICS) code 811310 - Commercial and Industry Machinery andEquipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance, the sizestandard is $12.5 million, and the Product Service Code is J028 - Maint/Repair/Rebuildof Equipment - Engines, Turbines, and Components. This will be Freight On Board(FOB) destination to Letterkenny Army Depot. Solicitation number W911N225R0016 willbe released on or about 03 April 2025, with a closing date on or about 24 April 2025.The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusteddependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to theannotated closing date. All interested sources may submit a proposal, which shall beconsidered by this agency.
