DLA Document Services seeks to enter a service contract for one (1) year with the option to extend the contract to five (5) years.The requirement will include:- Site Analysis- Parts and labor service contract should include all parts and labor, including PCB?s Circuit Boards, rollers/wearable items, only excluding consumables. - The contract should include priority scheduling, with a typical on-site response time within one (1) business day.- Response times should be Monday through Friday, 0800-1700 (excluding federal holidays).- Contracted clients should receive priority over non-contracted customers.
