this Amendment includes Q&A (see attached) and new second site walk opportunity to go over Part B (automated gate, Dog house & electrical room) of the project only. Second site visit will be held on Monday August 4th, 2025 at 9:00 ET. Email anhur.maklef@fema.dhs.gov to confirm attendance. please ensure to have valid REAL ID or U.S. Passport for entry to the facility.
FEMA Region 1 intends to award Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order to Install approximately 1,600 linear feet of 10-foot-high galvanized or stainless-steel chain-link fencing, inclusive of buried fabric, barbed wire, top and bottom rails, posts set in concrete, and a manually operated cantilever gate at the Federal Regional Center, Maynard MA. Please read SOW and Solicitation attachments in their entirety.
