Sealed Bids For Construction Of The Service Line Inventory Field Investigations Will Be Received Until The Closing Time Of November 14, 2025 At 2:00 Pm Local Time. Bids Must Be Submitted By The Bidder Electronically Through Questcdn.com. No Paper Submissions Will Be Accepted. Any Bid Received After The Bid Closing Time And Date Will Not Be Considered By The Owner. No Bid May Be Withdrawn After The Closing Time For The Receipt Of Bids For A Period Of Sixty (60) Days Except As Specifically Provided In The Instructions To Bidders And/or By State Law. Base Cost Of All Bids Will Be Posted By The Owner/engineer To The Questcdn Website Within Approximately 30 Minutes After The Bid Closing Time. The City Of Cornelia Is Developing A Service Line Inventory As Mandated By The Lead And Copper Rule. The City Is Requesting The Service Of A Qualified Contractor To Investigate And Record Service Line Materials Using Vacuum Excavation And Replace Lead Or Galvanized-requiring-replacement Service Lines As Encountered.
