(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
(ii) The solicitation number is 75N95025Q00131 and the solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).
(iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) Number 2025-03, with effective date 01/17/2025.
(iv) The associated NAICS code 811210 and the small business size standard is $34.0 million. This requirement is full and open with no set-aside restrictions.
(v) This requirement is for the following services: Service Maintenance and Support for Philips MR7700 3T MRI Scanner and Chiller
(vi) Please see Statement of Work attached.
(vii) The Government anticipates award of a firm fixed-price purchase order for this acquisition, and the anticipated period of performance for the base period is February 21, 2025 - February 20, 2026. Please note that the base period for the chiller is February 27, 2025 - February 20, 2026. The Government anticipates four option periods: Option 1: February 21, 2026 - February 20, 2027; Option 2: February 21, 2027 - February 20, 2028; Option 3: February 21, 2028 - February 20, 2029; Option 4: February 21, 2029 - February 20, 2030. The contractor shall provide services at the following Government sites: Medstar Harbor Hospital, NIA Clinical Unit, 3001 S Hanover St, Baltimore, MD 21225.
