Solicitation N6893625Q5137 is issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm-fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with Carahsoft Technology Corporation under the Blanket Purchase Agreement N6600119A0120 based on the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation 8.405-6(b). This proposed purchase is for the annual renewal of ServiceNow software licenses and hosting.
This notice is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 3 days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency. The written response shall reference solicitation number N6893625Q5137 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm-s experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule.
The Request for Quote (RFQ) is included in this combined synopsis/solicitation and is also posted to GSA-s eBuy in accordance with FAR 8.402(d)(1)(ii).
