Notice of Intent to Single Source - NAIHS Four Corners Regional Health Center - Services and Preventative Maintenance for Kyocera Equipments.
TRK: SS-SRSU-25-0027
The Indian Health Service, Navajo Area, Shiprock Service Unit in Redmesa, AZ intends to negotiate a single source award with Perfect Printz LLC (MDK9W84MBB39) for services and preventative maintenance. The projected period of performance is one year from date of award, with four (4) option years with a total of 5 years.
The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 811210 - Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance with a Small Business Administration size standard of $34.0 million.
In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), for purchases not exceeding the Simplified Acquisition Threshold, Contracting Officers may solicit from one source if the Contracting Officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available.
This Notice of Intent to Single Source is not a request for quotations and a solicitation will not be issued in conjunction with this Notice of Intent. Any vendor that believes it can provide the stated services may provide a capability statement. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. Responses to this notice shall be submitted no later than 10:00 AM (MST) on 08/18/2025 Monday via email to William.Lee@ihs.gov.
A determination by the Government on whether to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competition or proceed with a single-source award.
