- The Town Of Thomaston Proposes To Make Renovations And Site Improvements To Seth Thomas Park Located At The Intersections Of South Main Street (State Route 6), Elm Street And Maple Street In Thomaston, Connecticut. The Work Includes The Construction Of A Four-Car Bituminous Parking Lot, Concrete Sidewalk And Curbing, And Stone Dust Walking Paths. Utility Work Includes Modifications To The Electric Service And New Connections To Water And Sewer. Site Furnishings Include Site Lighting, Water Fountains And A Game Table. New Landscaping With An Irrigation System Will Also Be Provided. Funding Was Provided By Urban Act Grants Administered By The Connecticut Department Of Energy And Environmental Protection (Deep). This Contract Is Subject To Prevailing Wage, State Set-Aside And Contract Compliance Requirements.
