- This Is An Invitation To Bid Seven (7) Auto-start Generators To Power Burke County Fire Stations During Power Outages. The Generators Must Meet The Attached Specs. Bid Shall Also Include Slab, Auto-transfer Switch, Materials And Labor For Installation, And Site Visits To Note Which Sites Will Require 3 Phase Power. Bid Shall Also Include The Projected Completion Date For This Project. It Is Not The Intent Of These Specifications To Keep Any Manufacturer, Dealer Or Vendor From Bidding. All Bids Should Be Sealed, Identified As A Burke County Ema Generator Bid On The Envelope And Received At The Office Of The Burke County Commissioners By 4:00 Pm On Monday, April 7th, 2025. Bids Will Be Opened At The Burke County Commission Finance Committee Meeting On Thursday, April 10th, And Awarded At The Commission Meeting On Tuesday April 15th At 6pm. The Attached Bid Forms Must Be Completed And Returned With Your Bid. The Burke County Board Of Commissioners Reserves The Right To Reject Any Or All Bids.
