- Project Description: This Project consists of the following elements of Work: Replacement of approximately 200 linear feet of sanitary sewer mainline pipe (ductile iron pipe (DIP) ranging from 8” to 12” in diameter) and 500 LF of storm drainage mainline pipe (ductile iron pipe (DIP) ranging from 6” to 12” in diameter). Additional elements of work include: traffic control, temporary sewer bypass, abandon existing sewer mainline pipes, assist SPU Water Crew with cut & cap of watermain pipe and temporary water service installation, electrical conduit & vault installation (E Pike St), post installation CCTV inspection, and surface restoration (pavement, stairs, landscaping, and ADA curb ramps).Engineers Estimate: $2,712,000.00Project Location: This Project is located at three separate locations in the City of Seattle: 1) E Pike St & 12th Ave; and 2) SW Dakota St & 26th Ave SW; and 3) NE 107th St & Lake City Way NE.
