This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The Contractor shall furnish and install a sewer service line as shown on the drawing and the statement of work.

There is no official site visit. Questions are due no later than September 10, 2025, 5:00 p.m. CST. The closing date for receipt of quotes is September 12, 2025 COB CST. The offer shall be received by email to jeffrey.earnest@ihs.gov or in a sealed envelope, addressed to this office, showing the solicitation number, your name and address, no later than 5:00 p.m. CST, on September 12, 2025.
