- Bulletin Desc : The work consists of installing a flow metering device over an existing 6-inch Parshall flume in an existing precast concrete vault, electrical/power conduits and wire, a SCADA control panel and antennae, and a utility pole. The work also includes replacing the vault access hatch. Although the work is for the Town of East Longmeadow the work is actually located at the east end of Oak Hollow Road in Springfield, Massachusetts. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis.
