Description:
Gci Is Seeking To Establish An Open Agency Contract Of Various Sewing Machines For Garment Plant Locations That Require Delivery, Setup, Installation, Software Updates, Etc. Per Attached Specifications. Sewing Machines Should Come With Sewing Table Included As One Unit Per The Attached Detailed Specifications. Quantities Provided In This Solicitation Are Estimated Quantities Only. Agency Intends To Buy Sewing Machines As Needed For Respective Site Locations. Type Of Machine And Quantities Will Vary Per Location. Bid Pricing Must Include But Not Be Limited To All Associated Fees Such As Delivery, Installation, Setup, And Training Fees. Vendor Is Required To Host A Minimum Of 2 Required Training Sessions At 2 Different Locations To Train On Each Type Of Machine Covered In Contract. Training Will Be Coordinated And Confirmed With Vendor After Bid Award. Vendor Will Train Employees On How To Properly Operate The Machines And Conduct Preventive Maintenance Checks To Maintain Upkeep. Vendor Must Be Able To Make Delivery Within 6 Months After Receipt Of Purchase Order. Deliveries Will Be Made F.o.b. Destination.
