Description
This pre-solicitation notice is prepared and provided in accordance with FAR Part 5; it serves as the synopsis for Solicitation W81K00-25-Q-A136.
The Government anticipates the release of a written Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the services of Standardized Patients in support of the Army Medical Center of Excellence (MEDCoE) Sexual Assault Medical Forensic (SAMFE) course at various Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs) in both the European Command (EUCOM) and the Indo-Pacific Command (IPACOM). The solicitation release date is anticipated to occur on or around 19 AUG 2025 and will be posted to SAM.gov. The solicitation will be issued as a total small business set-aside. The resultant contract will include one (1) base year plus four (4) option years, with a period of performance beginning on 01 OCT 2025 and an ultimate completion date of 30 SEP 2030.
