This solicitation is for the Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) in support of CSOSA's mandate to provide comprehensive treatment and assessment services to offenders (hereinafter referred to as Clients) who have been ordered to undergo such treatment by the courts, either as part of a sentence, pre-sentence, or as a condition of probation or parole. The information required with any submitted quote is outlined in Section L. This Solicitation is advertised as a total Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS code 621330, Offices of Mental Health Practitioners. The resultant award is anticipated to be a total of 5 years (one 12-month base period plus four 12-month option periods). All quotes submitted must comply with all submission requirements identified in Section L.
The purpose of Amendment 0002 provide responses to all questions received, replaces solicitation sections B through M, extends the quotation due date outlined in Section L.7.4, and extends the due date for completed past performance questionnaires.
