EQUIPMENT AND PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS: Hot water circulation pumps (page 11) SAFETY & SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS (pages 19 - 21) Due date has been extended until February 21, 2025 at 14:00 p.m. Implementation of the President's Executive Order 14173 Ending Illegal Discrimination and Restoring Merit-Based Opportunity. Contractor certification regarding compliance with applicable Federal anti-discrimination laws must confirm:
i. the contractor is in compliance in all respects with all applicable Federal anti-discrimination laws that are material to the government-s payment decisions for purposes of section 31 USC 3729(b)(4) (False Claims Act);
