Solicitation Notice: Pool Maintenance Services for Special Forces Underwater Operations School
The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, equipment, and materials to perform pool maintenance services for the Special Forces Underwater Operations School-s 660,000-gallon horizontal training tank, located on Fleming Key, Key West, Florida, in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and the schedule outlined below.

Period of Performance: 25 MARCH 2026 - 24 MARCH 2027 with 4 Option Periods
This Request for Quote (RFQ) is being issued using Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services under the authority of FAR Part 12. This requirement will be awarded as a firm-fixed-price (FFP) purchase order and is set aside 100% for small business.
Questions and Submission Information:
All questions regarding this notice must be submitted in writing to the Points of Contact (POCs) listed below by 09 March 2026 at 3:00 PM EST and answers will be posted by 11 March 2026 at 3:00 PM EST. Quotes are due no later than 16 March 2026 at 3:00 PM EST.
