Description:
The City of Sierra Vista will accept competitive bids from qualified contractors for PEDESTRIAN WALKWAY CONNECTION TR081 (CONSTRUCTION OF SHARED USE PATH, ADA RAMPS, SIDEWALK, DRIVEWAY, ETC.) The scope of work involves Construction of a new, ADA compliant shared use path (SUP) with infrastructure on the west side of State Route 92 from Avenida Cochise to Foothills Drive in Sierra Vista, AZ. The City of Sierra Vista has been awarded a grant through the Federal Transportation Administration (FTA) and Award shall be to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. This purchase is partially funded by the Federal Transit Authority as part of the 5307 Urbanized Area Formula Funding Program (49 U.S.C. 5307). This purchase will be subject to all applicable federal requirements of the grant under 2 CFR 200 and FTA Circular 4220.1F. Davis Bacon wages will apply.
