Permanent Contact Station and Corrective Draining Features for Old Rag Parking Area at Shenandoah National ParkThe National Park Service intends to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for the Permanent Contact Station and Corrective Draining Features for Old Rag Parking Area project at Shenandoah National Park, VA. Work will consist of installation of permanent fee collection booth, the repair and paving of the parking area, and the installation of a vault toilet.SOLICITATION NUMBER: 140P4225B0001PROJECT MAGNITUDE: Between $1M and $5MTYPE OF CONTRACT: Firm-fixed PriceConstruction Wage Rate Requirements apply for Madison County, VA. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS): The NAICS code is 238990 with a small business size standard of $19M. This project is set-aside 100% for Total Small Business. SITE VISIT: An organized site visit has been scheduled for this project. See the resulting solicitation Section L, Provision 52.236-27 Site Visit (Construction) for site visit information. Bidders are highly encouraged to attend the scheduled site visit to inspect the site and ensure they fully understand the requirement and conditions that may affect the cost of the project.
