Description:
Lancaster County Sheriffs Department is seeking a qualified contractor to perform interior painting services at the Sheriffs Office Complex located at 1520 Pageland Highway, Lancaster, SC 29720. The work includes preparing and painting interior walls, doors, and trim throughout office spaces, common areas, and hallways. Preferred finishes include eggshell or washable paint for walls and semi- or high-gloss for trim and doorways.Contractor must have at least 5 years of experience and provide references.Additional responsibilities include:Surface patching, preparation, and cleaning prior to paintingInstallation of corner protection on designated wall areasProtection of floors, fixtures, and furnishings during workMoving large furniture items as needed; small items will be moved by the customerDaily clean-up and restoration of work areas upon completionAll work must meet professional standards and comply with applicable building codes and safety regulations.
