The Contracting Department, Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistic Center (FLC), Norfolk, VA, 23511-3392 intends to award a multiple award, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract utilizing the policies and procedures of FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation, and FAR Subpart 16.5, Indefinite-Delivery Contracts. A Request for Information (RFI)/Sources Sought Notice associated with this solicitation was not posted to identify interested sources and obtain feedback on a draft Statement of Work; however, this requirement will be solicited using 100% small business set-aside.
