THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN FAR SUBPART 12.6, AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This synopsis/solicitation 1333MG-25-Q-0011 constitutes a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-02.
The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Stellwagen National Marine Sanctuary has a requirement for annual yard services for the NOAA R/V AUK. All services rendered shall be in accordance with the Statement of Work. All services shall be completed no later than August 30, 2025.
Site VisitA site visit is strongly encouraged. Offerors are strongly encouraged to inspect the vessel on which services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves as to all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of the performance of the contract, to the extent such information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall a failure to inspect the vessel constitute grounds for a claim after award of the contract.
