This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract. This is not a request for a competitive proposal or request for information.
The National Space Intelligence Center (NSIC) at Wright-Patterson AFB (WPAFB) has a requirement for local short term commercial non-exclusive co-working space in an ICD 705 accredited Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF).
Market Research was previously conducted, and it has been determined that awarding this contract on a sole source basis is in the best interest of the government. The government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.501(a) This proposed contract will be a Sole Source acquisition under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 531120 Lessors of Nonresidential Buildings with a Small Business size standard of $34,000,000 and PSC: X1AB.
This is not a solicitation for competitive quotes, however, if an interested party believes that the required services can be provided, a statement of capabilities may be submitted. Capability statements must display sufficient detail and evidence to determine if the party can provide the required products. If sufficient detail is not provided, the contracting officer has the right to move forward with award. The statement of capabilities must be furnished in writing and emailed to andrew.silvers@us.af.mil and jennifer.jensen@us.af.mil by March 15, 2025 11:00AM Eastern Time (ET).
