Description
This is a notice of the Government's intent to award a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis to DW Omaha Sub LLC, UEI: CZ52NB5AN7H6, CAGE/NCAGE: 1S1Y5 under authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), Soliciting from a Single Source. Washington Headquarters Services (WHS), Acquisition Directorate (AD) intends to award a contract for a performance period of two (2) days to DW Omaha Sub LLC for Short Term Lodging and Conference Room Support Services.
DPAA requires breakout rooms, audiovisual equipment, and hardwire internet for Facebook live, YouTube, Vimeo, and Government websites. These will be used to conduct briefings and one-on one meetings with family members of missing service members from WWII, the Korean War, the Cold War, and the Vietnam War. DPAA will brief these families on the U.S. government-s efforts to recover their loved one-s remains and return them to their families for burial with full military honors. Meeting rooms and audio video support will be for two days (June 26, 2025 -June 27, 2025. The hotel/motel shall be located within five (5) miles of Omaha NE (Zip Code 68102) and in a setting within reasonable walking distance to food establishments.
