- Procurement Synopsis
The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport intends to solicit for the procurement of: On-site shredding services for NSLC Keyport. Paper shredding, 13 services per year. Media shredding, annually/will call. This synopsis / advanced notice is for commercial services in accordance with FAR Subpart 5.203. A draft Statement of Work is attached to this notice.
The Government intends to award one (1) Firm-Fixed-Price contract with a base year and four option years, using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection procedures.
The applicable Product Service Code (PSC) for the requirement is R425 (Support-Professional: Engineering/Technical) and the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561990 (All Other Support Services). The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) applicable assigned rating for this requirement is DO-S1.
The Government anticipates issuing the Request for Quote using number N0025326Q0001 on or about November 5, 2025. The anticipated closing response date is 7 days after the issuance of the Request for Quote. The Request for Quote is anticipated to be solicited as full and open competition. The Request for Quote will be made available through a separate sam.gov posting announcement.
