- Bulletin Desc : Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount and in the form described in the Instructions to Bidders. A Performance Bond and Labor and Materials Payment Bond each in the amount of 100% of the contract price will be required in the form described in the Instructions to Bidders. Minimum Wage Rates as determined by the Commissioner of Dept. of Workforce Development under the provision of the M.G.L. C 149, Sections 26 to 27D, as amended, apply.
