Establish the site visit date of 04/29/25 at 9:00am CST/local time.
The scope of works includes, but is not limited to:
1.) Replace Tower Cab walkway roofing systems
2.) Removel all vinyl siding
3.) Remove and replace all utilities and HVAC appurtenances on the exterior of the Tower
4.) Install insulated metal panel siding and new openings
5.) Replace windows on the Tower with new double pane casement windows
6.) Reinstall flashing at the Link built up roof
7.) Refinish and reinstall the Tower Cab walkway level louvers
8.) Finish work around windows in building interior - Documents:
