SUBJECT: Simplified Acquisition Proposal Request (SAPR), FA445225R0047 Small Business Set-Aside, Pope Army Airfield (AAF) Sign Installation Requirement FY25.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial servicesprepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional
information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a SAPR for the subject project to be awarded pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13 and the specific requirements outlined in this request with attachments. To summarize, Pope AAF requires the supply and installation of a billboard/sign stating, “Pope Army Airfield”.
The selection methodology for award will be lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA). The Government intends to award a single, firm-fixed price (FFP) purchase order for this requirement. This requirement will be 100% set-aside for small business in accordance with FAR 19.502-2(b).
A site visit is scheduled for 22 September 2025 @ 9:00 AM Eastern Time off of Rock Merritt Avenue next to the baseball field at Fort Bragg. The Government intends to support only one site visit.
Questions and Answers: Offerors are cautioned that all communications are to be channeled through the Contracting Officer (CO). Any questions whether technical or contractual in nature shall be submitted in writing.
