This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) number 25QSIRT0044 and issued as an invitation to bid (IFB).
This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Number 2025-05, dated August 7, 2025.
This action is issued as a Small Business Set Aside, NAICS Code 332994, and small business size standard of 1,300 employees.
SCHEDULE OF PRICES:CLIN* 0001 SIRT 115 GREEN REGULAR WEAPON, NEXTLEVEL TRAINING PRODUCT OR EQUAL, 35 EACH.

In response to this combined notice, vendors will be required to submit the following information on company letterhead or business stationary directly to the Contracting Officer by the date and time established for receipt of bid:1. The RFQ Number 25QSIRT0044
2. Pricing shall be broken out in accordance with Schedule of Prices listed above. Specify in order delivery timeframe and if pricing is on GSA Schedule.
3. Brochure/picture/description of product being quoted.
4. Provide actual Place or Manufacture (Country) [Required] Any bid that fails to provide this information will not be considered.
