Amendment 0002:
1. The purpose of this Amendment 0002 is to EXTEND the HOUR & DATE for Receipt of Offers to: 10-28-2025 8:00 AM PDT.
2. The other purpose of this Amendment is to provide an UPDATED STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) SOW_EMS REV 1 10.10.2025 and new Attachments, which are Exhibits 10, 11, 12, and 13. This SOW (SOW_EMS REV 1 10.10.2025) replaces the SOW in the original solicitation of 09.23.2025.
3. The other purpose of this Amendment is to provide responses to the Requests for Information (RFIs) received.

THE SOLICITATION IS TASK ORDER PROPOSAL REQUEST. Proposals will only be requested and accepted from contractors who were awarded a Veterans Integrated Service Network 21 (VISN 21) Multiple-Award Construction Contract (MACC) Group 2 from Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO 21).
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Provide comprehensive construction services to execute necessary modifications to the Building 100 Loading Dock area in preparation for the relocation of (1) existing trash compactor and installation of (2) new trash compactors and (1) new cart wash station ordered by Environmental Management Service (EMS).
