Description
The contractor must provide all materials, equipment, labor, and supervision required to permit and construct a temporary group housing site for four (4) alternative transportable temporary housing units (ATTHUs) in compliance with Maui County codes and standards. Develop the site to operational status, allowing housing units to be placed within designated footprints on the drawings. The work includes site grading, minor hard surface placement, potable water utilities, sanitary sewer utilities, electric power services, and other miscellaneous site amenities as shown in the Drawings and Specifications titled “767 Luakini Street Temporary Housing Site,” attached as Attachment 1 Appendix A and B.
This is a Firm-Fixed Price Contract under North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) 238910 Site Preparation Contractors.
The successful offeror shall furnish a performance and payment bonds in the amount of 3% to the Contracting Officer and Representative within 7 days of the award.
