• The subject DLA Troop Support procurement is for six (6) Gentex Corporation (Gentex) helmet systems and components. The acquisition will be issued on an unrestricted basis and conducted in accordance with 10 U.S.C. § 3204(a)(1), as implemented by FAR Part 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source of Supply. DLA Troop Support anticipates issuing a solicitation for a firm-fixed price, Requirements type contract for the quantities, Gentex Corporation part numbers and production lead-times listed below.
