SOLICITATION
The Indian Health Service (IHS), Albuquerque Area office (AAO), Santa Fe Indian Health Center (SFIHC) has a requirement for Six (6) Medical Support Staff for Purchase Referred Care (PRC), Santa Fe, New Mexico.
This is a combined synopsis for Indian Health Service (HIS) for commercial items or services prepared in accordance with format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
The solicitation number is 75H70725R00007 and is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-01.
