San Joaquin River Restoration Program (SJRRP) Environmental Compliance Field Services SupportThe scope of this requirement is for biological monitoring and survey support for the Arroyo Canal Fish Screen and Sack Dam Fish Passage Project (Arroyo Project) and the Mendota Pool Bypass and Reach 2B Improvements Project (Reach 2B Project). This contract will support the Bureau of Reclamation in complying with all construction related biological aspects of Reclamation's environmental commitments for these projects.Solicitation number 140R2025Q0030 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with FAR parts 13.5 and additional information included in this notice. The Bureau of Reclamation intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order for services represented in the Performance Work Statement. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.This acquisition is a 100% women-owned small business set aside. The NAICS code is 541620 and the size standard is 19 million dollars. The contract line items are listed in the price schedule of the solicitation package. Please provide the total price for the firm-fixed price line items.
