Technical evaluation criteria are as follows:
Demonstrated prior delivery of polished single crystal silicon mirrors having less than 100 nRad RMS tangential slope error over a region 8 x 200 mm. Vendor must be able to provide customer name and metrology data showing specification was met. Demonstrated prior delivery of metal coated single crystal silicon with less than 1 nm thickness error. Vendor must provide customer name and metrological data showing specification was met. Vendor must agree to provide the mirror M3 to the specification documented in EN918 including the coating option and geometry of drawing DSG-000097125 without modification. Vendor must agree to provide the mirror M4 to the specification documented in EN917 including the coating option and geometry of drawing DSG-000093759 without modification.Please provide a price and lead time quotation by COB 8/22/2025.
