EXTENDED DUE DATES ** QUESTIONS DUE: 4/23/2025 1:00 PM PROPOSALS DUE: 4/30/2025 1:00 PM Carthage Water & Electric Plant (CWEP) is accepting sealed proposals from Respondents for highly qualified contractors to provide wastewater sludge hauling on an as needed basis. Sludge will be hauled from the Carthage Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) located at 1701 W. Mound Street in Carthage, Missouri and land applied on agricultural fields within a 15-mile radius of the WWTP. All communication and questions related to this solicitation must occur only through the Purchasing Department and submitted through CWEP's electronic bidding system, Ionwave.
