ITEM DESCRIPTION- Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for the scope of this effort is to provide all management, labor, material, equipment, transportation, supervision, and environmental and quality controls, to accomplish the renovation of women-s (room 023) and men-s (room 024) restrooms in B3324 at Naval Support Activity (NSA) Crane, Located in Crane, Indiana. These renovations are required to improve the building conditions.
The performance requirements for this effort include demolition of stall partitions, lavatories, urinals, sinks, flooring, lighting, and all wall mounted dispensers and receptacles. The walls should be patched and painted, and epoxy flooring installed. New stall partitions, lavatories, sinks, urinals, lighting, and wall mounted dispensers and receptacles shall be installed. Restroom entry doors and jambs shall be replaced with like and kind. Contractors must provide Build Drawings for approval. (CDRL A001-CDRL A022) Contractor shall ensure provided alternate sanitary facilities maintenance occurs on schedule to prevent any useability issues.
