Description
This procurement is a Small Business Set Aside. Email quotes to jamell.l.kilgore.civ@us.navy.mil on or before the closing date and time of Thursday 27 February 2025 11am Central Time. The Government will not accept late quotes. Provide cage code and Lead time on your quote. Be able to invoice through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). IF shipping is not included in the price please include a line item for shipping.
Synopsis
VALVES
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division, FL (NSWC PCD) intends to award a brand name, firm fixed price purchase order using simplified acquisition procedures to authorized sellers of valves that are listed in this procurement. This procurement is brand name for the following reason: The items listed in this procurement are currently in use in the requiring lab. To meet the specifications of the equipment designed in the lab, only this brand can be used otherwise the equipment will be out of spec. If another brand were to be selected, the lab would be required to purchase the alternate valves, test the valves, and update drawings and specifications, resulting in unacceptable project delay and unanticipated costs. Destination to the Naval Support Activity Panama City (NSA PC), Receiving Office Building 100, 100 Vernon Ave., Panama City, FL 32407.
