Description: Amendment W911QX25QA114-0002: The purpose of this amendment is to extend the closing date from 22 August 2025 to 27 August 2025 to allow sufficient time to respond. No other changes have been made.
Amendment W911QX25QA114-0001: The purpose of this amendment is to update the Specifications/Requirements: From Conference room A1 to Furniture in Building 4600 multiple locations. Also, updates the Technical Exhibits from one (1) through three (3) to one (1) through five (5) and updates the AT-OPSEC Requirements section on the Provisions and Clauses attachment. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
NOTICE: THIS PROCUREMENT WILL BE CONDUCTED USING A TIERED EVALUATION OF OFFERS. THE FOLLOWING PROCEDURES WILL BE UTILIZED:

FOR OFFERS TO BE CONSIDERED ACCEPTABLE, THEY MUST MEET ALL TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS CONTAINED IN THE SOLICITATION AND BE competitive in terms of market prices, quality, and delivery. If ONLY ONE ACCEPTABLE OFFER IS RECEIVED FROM A RESPONSIBLE, SMALL BUSINESS CONCERN, THE CONTRACTING oFFICER WILL CONSIDER AWARDING DIRECTLY TO THAT FIRM, PRIOR TO THE DISSOLUTION OF THE SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. NO AMENDMENT WILL BE ISSUED TO CONVERT THE SOLICITATION TO FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION.
