Description
This is a NOTICE OF INTENT to issue a non-competitive award or sole source contract that supports the implementation of a bridge action pursuant to DAFFARS 5302.101 and DAFFARS 5306.303-1-90(a). The purpose of the bridge action or bridge contract is to prevent a break in service since there is a continuing need for the requirement.
502d Contracting Squadron intends to issue a non-competitive award to the incumbent contractor: EPS Corporation., CAGE: 64022, EUI: PURFDLBAPH43. The anticipated period of performance is from 1 April 2025 to 30 June 2025.
This notice is not a solicitation or a request for competitive quotes or proposals. Oral communications will not be accepted in response to this notice. No request for proposals or quotes will be issued base upon this notice of intent to sole source.
In accordance with FAR part 6, a written justification and approval for this bridge action will be posted within fourteen days after contract award.The applicable North American Industrial Classification Systems (NAICS) is 541519 Information Technology Professional Services with a small business size standard of $34.0 million dollars.
