- PURPOSE. The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit responses from Contractor(s) to furnish all labor, tools, materials, and equipment to legally and correctly replace and/or repair parking lot paving and small-scale bituminous paving. This solicitation includes, but is not limited to, driveways, park roads, paved trails, access roads, and boat ramps, and paving related work. The Contract(s) awarded through this solicitation will be available to all State Agencies and Cooperative Purchasing Ventures (CPV) members, on an as needed basis, for their individual paving projects NOT TO EXCEED $250,000 in value. NOTE. The Contracts under this release must not be used for bituminous roadwork subject to traffic control per the Minnesota Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices Revision 12 (2024 Edition).QUESTIONS/ CLARIFICATIONS. Any questions and/or clarifications in regard to the solicitation response shall be made in writing to John H. Roth, Buyer, via email at john.h.roth@state.mn.us by June 17, 2025, no later than 3:00 PM CT. If a Responder discovers any significant ambiguity, error, conflict, discrepancy, omission, or other deficiency in the RFP, they must immediately notify the Buyer in writing of such error and requestmodification or clarification of the document.
