Tender are invited for SMD_Services_REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT OF EXTERIOR LIGHTING FIXTURES iN THE BOROUGH OF THE BRONX AND MANHATTAN

Description : Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the following items of work shall be included in this Contract. All replacement fixtures shall be provided with new lamps. 1. Replacement of wall Pack Fixture fixtures of various sizes (complete with polycarbonate shield). 2. Replacement of building bracket luminaires. 3. Replacement of building mounted floodlights, various sizes complete with polycarbonate visor shield. 4. Replacement of pole mounted floodlights, various sizes complete with polycarbonate visor shield. 5. Replacement of canopy lights, various types. 6. Replacement of pole arm mounted luminaires. 7. Replacement of post top luminaires. 8. Replacement of lamps that are not working of building bracket luminaires, building and pole mounted floodlights; pole arm mounted and post top luminaires. D. Replacement fixtures shall be of same type or approved equal lighting distribution, style and wattage as fixtures being replaced and shall be complete with lamps. Relamping shall be with the same type, size, voltage and wattage lamps.
