Description
The VA Eastern Oklahoma Health Care System located in Muskogee, OK, will issue Request for Quote (RFQ) 36C24W25Q0297 to procure Smoke Evacuators and Electrosurgical Generators. This firm-fixed price RFQ will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures and the corresponding NAICS Code is 334510.RFQ will be posted by 7/25/2025.The contractor shall provide and deliver two (2) Medtronic AEX Generator with plasmablades and four (4) electrosurgical units with carts for high-frequency electrical current to cut, coagulate (seal blood vessels), and destroy tissue during surgical procedures. Contractor is also to provide and deliver five (5) Medtronic RapidVac smoke evacuators that capture and filter the smoke generated during laser and electrosurgical procedures, protecting healthcare personnel and patients from potentially harmful gases, bioaerosols and other particles within the smoke plume in accordance with the Statement of Work.This is 100% set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) ONLY.
