Snow & Ice Removal Services - 19N06025Q0010
The Embassy of the United States of America in Oslo, Norway invites all interested responsible vendors to submit quotations for Snow & Ice Removal Services for the U.S. Embassy Oslo according to the attached Scope of Work.
The Embassy intends to award a contract to a responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a firm-fixed priced contract based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-proposal conference and site-visit on August 20, 2025, at 10:00 AM (Oslo local time) at Morgedalsvegen 36, 0378 Oslo, Norway, and all prospective offerors are invited to attend.
For site-visit registration please provide your company contact information, names of visitors to OsloGSOBids@state.gov no later than 14:00 (Oslo local time) August 18, 2025 marked with the subject line “Snow & Ice Removal Service - 19N06025Q0010”
Quotations are due by: September 9, 2025 @ 16:00 (Norwegian local time). No quotations will be accepted after the indicated deadline.
Your quotation must be submitted in English and electronically to OsloGSOBids@state.gov with the subject line “Snow & Ice Removal Services - 19N06025Q0010. It is important to make sure the submission is made in specific size and format; in MS-Word 2007/2010 or MS Excel 2007/2010 or Adobe Acrobat (pdf) file format. The file size must not exceed 30MB.
