- Legal Notices/Bid Opportunities Snow Removal - Request for Bids Ray County is accepting sealed bids for snow and ice removal for the following locations: Courthouse (driveway, entries, stairs, sidewalks), Prosecuting Attorney buildings (sidewalks, entries, back deck, parking lot), Public Administrator office (sidewalk, entry), Eagleton Center and Museum area (sidewalks, driveway), Henrietta Jail (parking lots), Ray County Museum (sidewalk, front stairs), and Old Jail sidewalks. Contractor must furnish concrete‐safe ice melt. Bids must be sealed, labeled “SNOW REMOVAL BID” and delivered to the Ray County Clerk-s Office by noon on Wednesday, December 17, 2025. Bids will be opened at 10:00 AM on Thursday, December 18, 2025 at the regular Commission meeting. Ray County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
