The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Eastern Acquisitions, College Park, GA, is issuing Screening Information Request (SIR) Number 697DCK-25-R-00418, Snow Removal at Ronkonkoma, NY ARTCC, and Westbury, NY TRACON as detailed in the Performance Work Statement attached to the Solicitation and in accordance with the Acquisition Management System (AMS) 3.2.2.2 Policy as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
SITE VISIT SITE VISIT SITE VISITThe FAA urges and expects offerors to inspect the site where the work will be performed. Site visits are scheduled for August 14 and August 19, 2025. Information pertaining to location can be found on page 11 of the SIR.
Information provided at the site visit, as well as answers to questions shall not change/qualify the terms and conditions of the solicitation and/or specifications. Terms remain unchanged unless the solicitation is amended in writing. ATTENDANCE TO THE SITE VISIT IS STRONGLY ENCOURAGED.
