- The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to change the solicitation close date to 01 December 2025 at 10:00 am CST, change the base year POP to 15 DEC 2025 through 31 OCT 2026 and answer contractor questions during the question period. A signed copy of Amendment 0001 is required for a quote to be valid. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Non-Personal Service to provide all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supervision and other items for services necessary for Snow Removal Services at one (1) site in Iowa, in accordance with the Performance Work Statement and terms and conditions of the solicitation and resultant contract. The period of performance is 1 November 2025 (or subsequent date) to 31 October 2026 with four (4) twelve (12) month option periods and a six-month (6) option to extend services.
