Description:
The City of Lake Forest is seeking a qualified vendor to provide manufactured snow for a seasonal community event under a three-year contract agreement. This year-s event will include a snow play area, a multi-lane sledding hill, and an added snowboard demonstration lane. To support this expanded event layout, the City will require approximately 115 tons of snow.The selected vendor will be responsible for the delivery and installation of manufactured snow, as well as the construction of the sledding lanes and snow play area. All snow features must be completed and verified as safe and event-ready prior to the event launch.Term of Contract: The City anticipates awarding a contract with an initial term of January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2028, with two (2) one-year renewal terms. If the parties are unable to reach an agreement, the City, at its sole discretion, will not move forward with the renewal term(s) and shall re-procure the work.
