THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY, which is being issued in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10, Market Research. This is not a solicitation/request for proposal and no contract shall be awarded from this synopsis. There is no solicitation package available at this time. The Assistant Secretary of the Army for Financial Management & Comptroller (ASA FM&C) is requesting CAPABILITY STATEMENTS to identify capable sources that can provide continuous education and training event for the Department of the Army, Assistant Secretary of the Army for Financial Management & Comptroller (ASA-FM&C) workforce. The annual National Professional Development Institute (PDI) is hosted by the Society of Defense Financial Management (SDFM). The SDFM is a non-profit educational and professional organization for persons, military and civilian, involved in the overall field of financial management. This requirement has been historically sole sourced to SDFM, the only currently known source for this training event. See the PWS attachment for detailed requirement.
Capability Statements, including attachments, are limited to five (5) pages in length in Times New Roman font of not less than 10 pitch. The deadline for response to this request is no later than 5:00 PM Eastern Time on 14 February 2025.
