The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Wildlife Services (WS), Supply Depot, in Pocatello, ID, has a need for an Indefinite Quantity/Indefinite Delivery contract to supply Soft White Wheat, cleaned, insect free, and bagged (in accordance with specifications), to be purchased on an as needed basis for a period not to exceed 2 years. All cost to include but not limit to: overhead, general and administrative, profit, insurance, and transportation.
The Pocatello Supply Depot manufactures several pesticide products used to control nuisance pests. Cleaned Soft White Wheat is an essential component used in the composition of baits that are used to control the nuisance rodents; thus, is a major part of the delivery system that-s applied when delivering the rodent control bait to the target site.

Defects Include
• Dockage
• Non-wheat grains {such as barley, rye, corn, seeds, etc)
• Damaged wheat {insect bored, weather, ground heat, mold, frost damaged, etc)
• Shrunken and broken kernels which pass a 0.634 3/8 oblong hole sieve according to
FGIS procedure.
• Insect bored kernels limited to 3/16
• Foreign material - all non-wheat material which remains on the screen in the dockage
machine.
• Zero tolerance for injurious materials such as metal, glass, rodent pellets, etc.
• Zero tolerance for garlic.
Wheat will be bagged in 50 lb bags and stacked 40 bags to a pallet.
